Shipping and returns


We use Royal Mail as our delivery service provider. Once your order has been placed, your reins will be shipped the following working day. Delivery timings listed are approximate and as they appear on the Royal Mail website. They are not guaranteed delivery times. For more information, please see Royal Mail’s service updates. If you opted for a signed for service, please enter the tracking number into Royal Mail’s tracking pages  – it will show where your order was despatched by us and will not show any updates until the postie has attempted to deliver your order.

If you wish for your reins to be sent to a country we do not yet deliver to, or by a service we do not list, please get in touch direct and we will try to arrange it for you.


We hope you love your ONK reins, however if you wish to return them, you can do so within 30 days of purchase and so long as your reins are unused, in and in the condition you received them with all packaging and fastenings attached. The cost of return will be at your expense.

Please write to us to convey your wish to return your order and to obtain the correct returns address. Returns can be shipped by your preferred method, but we advise you use a service that gives proof of postage and insures you for the value of your order. Returns cannot be processed until we have received and inspected them.
